Pierson Group is always looking to add professional legal nurses to our subcontract team. We use many subcontract nurses that work on cases and research. Pierson Group has high standards that we adhere to when working with our clients. Enclosed, please find the minimum qualifications for subcontracting with Pierson Group:

> Education & Licensing

• Current RN license required within the 50 United States.
• Current CLNC (Certified Legal Nurse Consultant) Certification (this is the only certification that Pierson Group recognizes)
• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. BSN and MSN highly preferred.

> Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience required. Ten years preferred.
• Two years of legal nurse consulting experience preferred.

> Location

• Physical location is not important as long as you are located within the United States.
